Depending on your requirements, the Black Vault Package may include:

Dedicated luxury SUV coverage (as-directed hourly or multi-day)
Route planning and alternate routing to reduce exposure and delays
Controlled arrivals and discreet staging at hotels, venues, and airports/FBOs

Coordination with your security team, executive assistant, or travel manager

Because every assignment is different, pricing is provided by private quote after a brief intake to confirm timing, locations, staffing requirements, and service level.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or adjust your package as your schedule and needs change.
Upgrades (ex: Silver → Gold, Executive → Protective, or adding retainer days) can typically be made at any time based on availability.
Downgrades or reductions may require advance notice and are subject to the terms of your package or contract.
If you’re on a retainer or corporate agreement, changes can be made through your account contact so pricing and coverage stay aligned.

At this time, Black Vault Executive Transport is based in the Philadelphia region and primarily serves the greater Philadelphia area. We are actively expanding and expect to offer service in additional cities in the coming months.
If you have upcoming travel outside Philadelphia, contact us with your destination and dates. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request as expansion availability opens.

Our cancellation policy is designed to protect reserved chauffeur time and vehicle availability while remaining fair and transparent.
Point-to-Point Reservations
Cancel 24+ hours in advance: No charge
Cancel under 24 hours: 50% of the quoted fee
Cancel under 4 hours: 100% of the quoted fee
Hourly / As-Directed Service
Cancel 48+ hours in advance: No charge
Cancel 24–48 hours: 50% of the minimum
Cancel under 24 hours: 100% of the minimum
Airport / FBO Pickups
Cancel 24+ hours in advance: No charge
Cancel under 24 hours: 50% of the quoted fee
Cancel under 6 hours: 100% of the quoted fee
No-Show Policy
If the passenger cannot be reached and does not arrive within 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, the trip will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the minimum.Wait Time
A 10-minute grace period is included. After that, wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate, plus any parking/tolls.
